Adrigole’s involvement in this years county Intermediate A Football Championship came to an end last Saturday in Kilmurry. The game could be described as a game of 2 halves with Mitchelstown leading 0-7 to 0-2 at half-time. Adrigole stormed back into the game in the early stages in the first half and drew level in the 47^th minute. Both teams exchange further scores and a late David Harrington free sent the game to extra time on a score of 11 points each. For the 2^nd year in a row Adrigole would exit the championship in extra time as Mitchelstown emerged winners on a scoreline of 0-14 to 0-12. Thank you to all the players and management who put in a massive effort during the year.

Well done to the Adrigole Under 10 team that defeated Castletownbere last Sunday in Eyeries, as part of the Beara Under 10 finals played in last Sunday.

This Sunday , October 15^th Adrigole will play Garnish in Beara Junior B final. The game takes place in Castletownbere and will have a 2pm throw in.
